The Year of the Dragon - May gift has arrived![edit]

The Year of the Dragon celebrates the 50th Anniversary of Dungeons & Dragons with free gifts every month! Read more about the Year of the Dragon on DDO.com.

Starting on Wednesday, May 29th through June 25th, 2024, all players can speak to Xatheral in the Eberron Hall of Heroes to acquire a Ground Bound Green Dragon Mount! After speaking to Xatheral, log out of the game and then log back in for the gift to be granted to your account. Once acquired, this mount will be added to your Mount Stable, available on every game world for your account.

ALSO: We have extended the April Year of the Dragon claim window through Tuesday, June 4th! In order to acquire April's gift, speak to Xatheral's NPC assistant named Trilliya in the Eberron Hall of Heroes. Trilliya will allow players to claim April's "Curate Your Xpack Cache" if they have not already received it.

  • VIPs can now properly perform spell swaps without cooldown in public areas.
  • An issue has been corrected that caused Gnomes to get stuck in a rocking animation after riding a mount.
  • A compatibility update has been made to the OpenAL sound integration.
  • Violet Peregrine now uses correct terminology when talking about the VIP Reward Program menu button.
  • String table errors have been fixed in the Warlock trainer's dialog options.
  • The Model Githyanki Astral Ship creature companion's sails no longer disappear when viewed at certain angles.
  • The collar on the sails of the Model Githyanki Astral Ship creature companion now properly change between available pet collar colors.
