Suppressed Power: This psionic item is powerful, but you sense that it has not unlocked all of its secrets to you at this time.
Overview[edit]
The Dreamforge is a crafting station located at the end of The Dreaming Dark quest. Characters must complete that quest each time they wish to access this station. It allows the upgrade of certain items with "suppressed power", including Ioun Stones, Dreamspitter, and certain named items from the quest The Mindsunder.

- Upgrades can be made on this attribute at the Dreamforge crafting device, in The Dreaming Dark quest
- Gather essence, shards and discs from the The Dreaming Dark quest chain.
- Place essence, shards and discs and the named item in the Dreamforge to upgrade the named item to a more powerful form.
- You can preview the available upgrades by visiting Dreamforge and clicking the list interface.
- Used to combinations essences shards, purchase Crystal Disc of Dreams.
- Upgrade Ioun Stones, items obtain from The Mindsunder quest, and Dreamspitter from The Reaver's Fate raid.
- Location: Final room in The Dreaming Dark quest after The Devourer of Dreams has been defeated.
- Forcefields remain in place, preventing players from switching to alt characters to use the Dreamforge.

Old Pale Lavender Ioun Stones without the listed "Suppressed Power" effect can still be upgraded using the system. Other types of old Ioun Stones without this effect cannot be upgraded. Ioun Stones are more common now, as 1 of the 10 types will always appear in the end rewards list for The Dreaming Dark (quest) every 3 completions, and have a chance to appear on every completion.
The Pale Green Ioun Stone is not upgradeable.
