Effect: Grants wielder 15 temporary hit points on a critical hit.
The temporary HP last for 1 minute, and last even after resting. They are taken after other sources of temp hp, and cannot be dispelled.
The buff effect triggers even if critical damage is prevented by the target's fortification.
