Known Traps

Trap and Lock DCs

• (4) Pressure Plates around chest up ladder from second hidden lever (depending on difficulty)
• Exploding Constructs, can be laid by Boromar Trappers.

Tips and Misc

• The Boromar Trapper halflings will frequently spawn Exploding Spiders (as much as 3 or more per encounter if left unchecked) that, if you get too close, will self destruct and deal large amounts of AoE damage. Be on the lookout for these and try to have someone with a lot of health or Evasion set them off. They have a lot of health so ranged DPS is not ideal. Best to immediately kill any halfling with a crossbow that you find.
• Turn the valve on the 'Experimental Vaunt Washing Device Prototype' to spawn Wash and Dry.
  • The fire and water elementals for the Wash and Dry optional have fairly high damage reduction on legendary difficulties (DR 423/-).

• There is a lever to a hidden passage to proceed from the "library" that can be hard to spot, hidden behind a stuffed bear.
  • All enemies in that room must be killed before the lever is useable.
• Shortly after that, on the outer wall, is the lever to drop the nearby ladder up to the second (trapped and locked chest). Standing a bit back when opening will avoid the pressure plate traps.
• Optional: The next door on the right contains a fight and one of the notes.

• Caution: Loot the end chest, at the top of the ramp to the airship, before gathering at Lucian, or immediately after speaking to him, all members should run back to the top of the ramp. Shortly after speaking to him, most of the floor connecting to the airship gives out, and anyone still standing there will be stranded on the skyship or be transported to the Cogs wilderness (the non-combat main entry location; Recalling from there will return you to just outside the entry point for the part 1 quests).
