DDO Server Transfers 2025
New 64-bit servers will go live on July 15th and you will have until August 31st to transfer characters off the 32-bit servers before they are closed.
At a later date TBD, SSG will reopen the 32-bit game worlds only for players to prepare their characters for transfer with no questing or other gameplay available for two years.
In preparation for the transfer, use the code 100SLOTS to gain a free 100 Shared Account Bank slots on all servers! edit

1The actual run speed value of Striding and Speed are 1% per tier lower than displayed in game (6% lower at Tier VI). Note: this may be incorrect as of Update 16 [1]
2Higher Tiers of Speed exist (up to Tier XV or higher on named items) and only increase the attack speed, but do not provide a bonus any higher than a listed 30% bonus to run speed.
A very popular striding item is the Quiver of Alacrity. After being upgraded, it provides the maximum bonus available at level 1, in a slot that goes unused in most character builds. This is very helpful for characters undergoing Heroic True Reincarnation.
