Quest boss starts in the middle of the area, protected by a force field.
Clear the 4 small shopkeeper booths (two upstairs and two downstairs). Talk to the wizard in each to lower the force field.
Attack Fortis until he retreats behind force field once again.
Kill ~4 waves of reinforcements until Fortis becomes vulnerable again
Kill Fortis.
