Tips and Misc

• Gwen and Myles are located in front of the house. Speak to them both before entering.
• Gwen has asked you for some help with making her house open plan – and while you're at it, working out what has made her formerly friendly Specter neighbours hostile. Surely the housing developer lurking around the house like a Scooby-Doo villain couldn't have anything to do with it?
• Besides tearing down a few walls, your objective is to get into the basement. To do this you need to gain the aid of the 2 nonviolent residents of the house.
• The first nonviolent resident is the "Mischievous Apparition" which you interact with when you try to open the door that leads to the basement. After interacting with it, a game of hide and seek ensues. The Apparition, which takes the form of possessed bits of furniture that have a white glow, will "hide" in plain sight at random areas of the house (1 of these possible locations is in the attic). You will have to find the Apparition's hiding spot 3 times before it agrees to let you into the basement.
• The second nonviolent resident is Gaspar, who is located in the attic upstairs. Have a few words with him, and then enter the basement and confront the Wraith there.
• With the Wraith dead, you can take a Strange Tablet from the basement and show it to Gaspar. Surprise, surprise – the housing developer is a Necromancer, and was planning to drive Gwen out of the house so he could buy the land at bargain prices – if it wasn't for you meddling adventurers!
• Gwen's house is now renovated and free of hostile Specters – and your skills at wanton vandalism have finally found an appreciative audience!
