Shining Reliquary Weaponry

Shining Reliquary Weaponry is a series of weapons released with Update 61. The weapons drop in Vecna Unleashed quests. Players can purchase specific weapons from Steps Obliss by turning in any two heroic weapons and 10 Esoteric Relics (for a heroic weapon) or three legendary weapons and 30 Legendary Esoteric Relics (for a legendary weapon).

The series has a Heroic (ML18) and Legendary (ML32) version. The weapons are Bound to Account on AcquireBound to Account on Acquire: This item is Bound to Account on Acquire when looted from a chest or traded.

All weapons except the sets of sceptres are imbued with the same enchantments, although thrown weapons also gain Returning.
