Any Sentient XP invested is completely wasted This item can be used as part of the DM's VisionDM's Vision: With the two original Dungeon Masters guiding you, you can see through most illusions and trickery. You are under the effects of the True Seeing spell. item set, along with the Mantle of the Worldshaper from The Abandoned Excavation; in this case the Epic Voice will replace the heroic item Voice of the Master. This will be less useful in the longer run, as both items and indeed the set become pretty weak in high epic levels, and unlike the Epic Voice, the standard heroic Voice can be equipped for the XP bonus while you are wearing another Minor Artifact. The Epic Voice cannot be used to craft The Master's Gift.
