Spells without a somatic component may be used with disregard to Arcane Spell Failure chance. Note - that characters make the same arm gestures for most spells in DDO, so you can't tell which spells require this component by watching your character's animations.

Description

The target is cursed, inflicting a -4 penalty to attack rolls, skill rolls and saves. A successful Will save negates this effect.

Notes

• This curse can be removed with Break Enchantment, Remove Curse or by using a Rest Shrine.
• Has a reduced duration when cast on players (1 minute + 10 seconds per caster level).
• If you have Enhanced Shadowform II from Dark Apostate enhancements, this spell no longer has a saving throw.
• If you have Cursed Words from Dark Apostate enhancements, you can cast this spell without spending any Spell Points, and the spell now deals 6d6 Bane damage to Undead per bonus Imbue Dice.
