A flurry of magical snowballs erupt near your target, dealing 1d6+2 cold damage per caster level. Maximum damage 10d6+20 at caster level 10. A successful Reflex save reduces the damage by half.


  • The game lists a 8 second duration, but it has none. It does have a short ~1 second delay between the time the spell is cast and when it actually hits however. This can be both useful or detrimental depending on the situation.
  • Casting speed - Fast. Almost instantaneous with quicken enabled.
  • There is no projectile, therefore the spell cannot be blocked by barrels or other objects. The spell uses a short Ice Storm animation (ice falling from the ceiling).
  • This spell has one of the largest AOEs in the game, it matches if not exceeds the AOE of Delayed Blast Fireball and is not affected by engine bugs where the AOE is blocked by the floor.
