Wheloon Docks
Wheloon Docks is a public area introduced in Update 19 as part of the Shadowfell Conspiracy expansion, as the hub for the Shadow Over Wheloon story arc.
The public area is accessible via a portal in the Gatekeeper's Grove or via the ferry by the wharf on the Starwater river in the North West of Eveningstar. How the ferry manages to bypass the bridge across the river on the southern side of Eveningstar is a mystery that may never be solved.

These quest givers are located next to the central building in Wheloon Docks and can also be found in the North West of Eveningstar on the slope leading down to the wharf:
Shadow Over Wheloon story arc givers
The story-arc givers are located on the Western side of the Wheloon Docks public area, opposite the Disciples of Shadow quest givers, and can also be found on the wharf in the North West of Eveningstar:
- Davny Selkin - Heroic version (level 16)
- Edric Crastmere - Epic version (level 26)
Shadow Over Wheloon quest givers
These quest givers are located on the Western side of the Wheloon Docks public area, in a line running from North to South:
- Faline Abbot (Friends in Low Places)
- Gaspry Bennik (A Lesson in Deception)
- Hargrove Jalt (The Thrill of the Hunt)
- Iden Krell (Army of Shadow)
- Jacinta Last (Through a Mirror Darkly)
Teleportation liaisons
The teleportation liaisons are located on the Western side of the Wheloon Docks public area, to the South of the quest givers:
- Karie Leddle (Harvest Hall Liaison) - Can teleport you to the Harvest Hall within Wheloon Prison, after you have completed Friends in Low Places
- Darovic Cholney (Oldstone Hall Liaison) - Can teleport you to the entrance of Through a Mirror Darkly within Wheloon Prison, after you have completed the Shadow Over Wheloon story arc
Fall of the Night Brigade NPCs
These NPCs are gathered around the Wererats' Entrance teleporter (which provides access to the quests) on the Southern Side of the Wheloon Docks public area:
- Old Tarlow (gives the Fall of the Night Brigade story arc)
- Ryndalla Cuttail (Rats in a Cage)
- Wyshbryn Saldar (The Wizard's Labyrinth)
- Neese the Burrower (The Knife's Edge)
- Garmor the Grim (The Darkness and the Light)
