DDO Server Transfers 2025
New 64-bit servers will go live on July 15th and you will have until August 31st to transfer characters off the 32-bit servers before they are closed.
At a later date TBD, SSG will reopen the 32-bit game worlds only for players to prepare their characters for transfer with no questing or other gameplay available for two years.

Description

The subject’s outline appears blurred, shifting and wavering. This distortion grants the subject concealment (20% miss chance).

Notes

A See Invisibility spell does not counteract the blur effect, but a True Seeing spell does.

Opponents that cannot see the subject ignore the spell’s effect (though fighting an unseen opponent usually carries penalties of its own).

This is typed as an enhancement bonus to concealment, thus doesn't stack with other enhancement bonuses to concealment such as displacement or the many items that grant Dusk, or Blurry effects. Ghostly does not 'stack' with Concealment, it provides an incorporeal effect and is tested separately.
