Description

Waves of negative energy cause all living creatures to become Exhausted. Exhausted creatures take a -25% penalty to movement speed, -6 penalty to Strength and Dexterity, and cannot tumble.

Notes

The waves only apply the Strength and Dexterity Abilities penalties to red and purple named. The movement speed penalty won't apply. Orange name mini-bosses still suffer the movement speed penalty.

Duration of the exhaustion is 120 seconds base plus 6 seconds per caster level - no maximum. Against player Characters, it lasts only 20 seconds plus 1 second per caster level.

The slow effect stacks with the slow aspect from the Slow spell and fear spells that render the target Frightened.

Bug: The spell won't correctly trigger the "Target is out of range" error if you target a far away enemy and cast it. So ideally aim it manually at targets within range. It's difficult to tell its exact area of effect from the graphic, but it's the same as any other cone spell. So if you're familiar with a spell like cone of cold, use it as a guide.
