This zone can be reached with a boat from the Inspired Quarter after solving Eye of the Titan and give access to the four other quests of The Dreaming Dark story arc:
The drow camp at the entrance serves as tavern including a general vendor:
- Gash the Outfitter - Drow, General Supplies
- Litbane - Drow, Spirit Binder
- Kinbane - Drow, Food & Drink Vendor (Tavern keeper)
- Bitterblood - Drow, Chieftain, bestow the quest Reclaiming Memories
- Channa d'Cannith - Human, Cannith Chief researcher, bestow the quest The Interdiction Lens
- Venge - Drow, Shaman, bestow the quest The Dreaming Dark
Outside the camp you can find three other drow:
- Reathbane - Transport to the Inspired Quarter
- Murkletter - Bestow the quest Raiding the Giants' Vault
- Velrath - Bestow the quest Mining for Ancient Secrets
