Armor bonus
An armor bonus is a bonus to Armor class from the armor that you are wearing. Armor bonuses do not stack.
Sources of Armor bonus:
- Feats
- Adamantine Body +8 (warforged only)
- Mithral Body +5 (warforged only)
- Composite Plating +2 (warforged only)
- Items:
- Various kind of Armor: +1-13 (bonus varies by armor type; magical enhancements contribute to the armor bonus by +1-5, note that armor may also limit the dexterity bonus to AC)
- Outfit (warforged excluded) (The Armor Bonus effect cannot be removed in Item Deconstruction at the Crafting Hall) Update14
- Docent +0-5 (docent, warforged only)
- Armored Bracers +1-8 (+1-7 are available through Cannith Crafting, +8 lootgen only)
- Black Widow Bracers +4 (obtained from The Lost Seekers aka Waterworks)
- Jidz-Tet'ka +5 (bracers, obtained from Unraveling Enchantments crafting)
- Ironweave Robe +5 (obtained from the Plane of Night raid)
- White Dragonscale Robe +6
- Dragontouched Robe/Outfit +6
- Spells:
- Mage Armor +4
- Epic Mage Armor +20
Other common bonuses to your armor class are shield bonus, dodge bonus, deflection bonus, dexterity bonus, natural armor bonus, and miscellaneous bonus.
