Description: Leader of the Corrupted Unicorns. Purple-named he may be, but Scath is not actually the boss of Dryad and the Demigod - that honour goes to (usually) red-named King Irgroll.

As such, defeating Scath is totally optional, and since it's a tough ask and he can be kited fairly easily, Scath is generally left alive. A high-DPS party may have a crack at taking him out during the dialogue between Irgroll and Hyrsam at the end of the quest.
