Heroic True Heart of Blood is used for Racial Reincarnation: to reset your character's abilities, skills, change their appearance and race or class while also gaining past life bonuses, feats and more ability points.
Your character must be Level 20 or higher to use this item.
A Heroic True Heart of Blood can be acquired in several ways:
- Purchase it in the DDO Store. These are Bound to Account on Acquire
Bound to Account on Acquire: This item is Bound to Account on Acquire. - Trade 20
(formerly known as Epic Dungeon Tokens) with Lahar, the Epic vendor, outside the Tower of the Twelve. These are Bound to Character on AcquireBound to Character on Acquire: This item is Bound to Character on Acquire.
Caution: When purchasing or using a Heart for Reincarnation, be careful to select the one you want - a Heart of Blood vs. a Heart of Wood.
