Ice Mephit sub-race
Overview[edit]
Mephits are minor creatures from the elemental planes. Ice Mephits are Air Outsider type monsters. They are native from Risia.
Description[edit]
Ice mephits appear as small, winged creatures with more or less humanoid features. While they are often described as impish, their paraelemental origins are apparent at first glance.
Combat[edit]
Ice mephits are outsiders, but as neutral elemental outsiders they don't fit in either Lawful, Chaotic or Evil Outsider categories. Therefore, no known Bane weapon in game that affects them. When not on their own home Elemental Plane, they are Extraplanar. This means that they will be affected by Banishing weapons and the spells Dismissal and Banishment.
