DDO Server Transfers 2025
New 64-bit servers will go live on July 15th and you will have until August 31st to transfer characters off the 32-bit servers before they are closed.
At a later date TBD, SSG will reopen the 32-bit game worlds only for players to prepare their characters for transfer with no questing or other gameplay available for two years.

In update 66, digging an old item with a tiny guild augment slot out of the mail resulted in no augment slot unlike what is implied in the article about replacing with a colorless augment slot. ⇒ Some call me Tim (Contribs • Message • Email) 19:34, March 2, 2024 (EST)

- Well, it showed tiny guild slot on the item in the mailbox, disappeared with no augment slot when put into inventory, but miraculously a colorless augment slot appeared after the next login. So, it looks like it does still work but it was one of those things that you have to relog to trigger.
