Description
This seal, emblazoned with the symbol of the Black Abbot, contains some of the power of the dreaded lich. Bring it to the Fountain of the Necrotic Might outside the Black Mausoleum along with the loot item from the Black Abbot raid and you will be able to upgrade it to a stronger form.
