Only found on: Light weapons
Effect: A weapon with the Finesse enchantment has 2 powers:
- A +2 Enhancement bonus to Dexterity
- The use of the highest of Dexterity and Strength modifiers for attack bonus (as if you had the Weapon Finesse feat).
Notes: :: Finesse only applies to the light weapon that it is actually enchanting. If a weapon with Finesse is dual wielded with another weapon that could benefit from the Weapon Finesse feat, the second weapon will continue to use Strength to modify its attack bonus instead of Dexterity.
