In-game description

Rumor has it that the crystal this item is made from comes from Riedra and has certain qualities in common with crysteel.

Crystal weapons and shields are able to overcome the protective damage reduction of many Quori creatures, which can be resistant to other weapons.

Spell failure chances for armors and shields made from crystal are also decreased by 10%.

Notes

Enemies that require crystal weaponry to fully bypass their damage reduction include the Devourer of Dreams (Crystal+Good).

Items made of crystal are currently listed as "glass" in their material type field in-game.

• Items made of Crystal, Glass or Blueshine are immune to rust and acid damage.
