Most of the classes in DDO can cast spells.
The classes that have the highest level of spells are: Cleric, Druid, Favored Soul, Sorcerer, and Wizard.
Bards have a medium level of spell.
Paladins and Rangers only have low level spells and are usually not considered as a caster.
The classes that cast Divine spells are Cleric, Druid, Favored Soul, Paladin and Ranger.
The classes that can cast Arcane spells are Bard, Sorcerer, and Wizard.
