Berrigan Enge: Didn't you help clean up that mess with the Devourer Cult in Korthos? Jolly good work! I'm Berrigan Enge, tax collector for the Coin Lords. It's a thankless task, but I've always a few moments to swap words with the adventurers keeping us safe.
- You: Can I do the Coin Lords any favors?
  - Berrigan Enge: Right now, I'm trying to track down Miller Tarrigan, who has not paid his taxes for two years now. Times are hard, but we can't be making exceptions. Will you venture into Tarrigan's house and collect the Coin Lords due?
  - You: Sounds easy enough. Just tell me where to go and what to do.
  - Berrigan Enge: The miller's home is just a few steps away. The miller keeps the Coin Lord's tariff merchandise in a chest. I await your return.
  - You: I will see to it immediately. (Bestow quest)
- You: What are the Coin Lords?
  - Berrigan Enge: The Coin Lords are the masters of Stormreach, not just because they own most of it. I daresay they're not popular among the lower classes, and nobody likes the taxes! But they keep order, their power is not to be dismissed lightly....
    - You: Can I do the Coin Lords any favors? (See above)

Talking to him after acquiring the quest, but before completion, will make he say:

Berrigan Enge: Miller Tarrigan has flaunted the law for too long. Search his home and collect the goods he owes.

On completion of quest, he will congratulate you with the following:

Berrigan Enge: Ah, you have collected the miller's security! Good work. Regardless of what he says, Tarrigan is more than wealthy enough to pay his debts to the Coin Lords.
- You: Actually, he tried to kill me and ran away.
  - Berrigan Enge: Is that so? Well, you're in one piece and so are the goods, so I suppose Tarrigan's schemes are for naught. Keep up the good work and you'll make a fair name for yourself.
- You: Glad to be of service.

After completing the quest and take the reward, if you talk to him again, he will reply:

Berrigan Enge: Thank you for your assistance. As far as the Coin Lords are concerned, the miller's accounts are settled. 'Tis a pity he tried to kill you, of course, but that dispute is between Tarrigan and yourself.
You: Heard any interesting rumors lately?
Berrigan Enge: If there's one thing the Coin Lords detest, it's disorder—nothing is worse for business. And it's easy to see the sewers here are slipping into chaos!
