Vrock Spores
Vrock Spores are a special attack common to all Vrocks. The Vrock crouches forwards and a green AoE circle appears on the ground. After a few seconds, any creature in the circle gains a stack of Vrock Spores.
Vrock Spores reduce PRR and MRR, and increase the target's Arcane Spell Failure (exact values to be determined.) They also deal Piercing damage over time. The effect lasts 30 seconds and stacks up to five times; all stacks expire at once.
