some Frozen Tunic pages are showing wrong Minimum Level. ie. pages level 4 and 8.
i went to the edit the pages, it was already showing the correct level there. a minor point but, i wanted to correct it. my first attempt at helping is a fail.

- Thanks for the heads up! I've fixed the level 4 and 8 pages (found they were flagged as epic for some reason, which defaulted them to ML:20), and I've gone ahead and put in pages for the 12 and 16 levels with what information we have. Please, if you have any of the missing information (durability, base item price, etc), please feel free to add it with the edit button. If you're uncomfortable adding it to the page, you may add it to the item's "discussion" (upper left corner, under the page title), and you may add it there.
