- There are six uniquely named gems: Aussiredar's, Iskaryte's, Omaekrix's, Sventusk's, Thadargix's and Vuthesjing's. You need to have collected three out of those six gems.
- Therefore, I would presume you have to offer three differently named gems. I doubt you can offer duplicates of one single gem to count as the three gem requirement.
- I've only run the quest once, several years ago, and I don't have any spare gems. So I cannot be certain, but I suspect it'd record the name of the gem submitted. Then demand the next two don't have the same name as any previously submitted.
