Red Slaad sub-race
Red Slaadi are Slaad race monsters.
Description[edit]
The weakest of the Slaadi, Red Slaadi are found on the plane of Kythri in great numbers, and are used as mostly-disposable minions by more powerful Slaad.
In standard D&D, Red Slaad reproduced by implanting eggs in living humanoids. These eggs would hatch into creatures called Slaad Tadpoles, which would proceed to eat their way out of their host, Xenomorph-style. Mercifully, this horrifying ability has been left out of DDO.
