Negative Energy Absorption

There are 2 types of Negative Energy Absorption. One is found on Carved Bone Shield and such, which works as % reduction to incoming negative energy damage. Another is found on Silver Flame necklaces which is limited charge and absorbs negative energy spells and energy drain effects.
