First, welcome to the wiki and thanks for your contributions. It looks like a decent build.
You need decide the intended audience for your Shadow Archer build, so we can correctly categorize it. Either "new players only" or "everyone".
You put it in "Templates for new players" .. Then you put in things like Abbot loot (one of the hardest raids in the game), and whats argueably the hardest to get weapon in the game "Epic Thornlord"..
That's not stuff that belongs in a simple template for new players. Per the category's description: Some of the fantastic builds on the forums often require high level gear, some of which are extremely difficult to obtain, and hence inaccessible to new players. These builds are intended to represent easily built characters that new players can have fun with. Enjoy!
Now sure you listed both a low lvl and high lvl option.. But it still just doesn't fit the category. If it's intended to be a more complete build with gear guide spanning all levels, then it should be categorized as such, not as a simple template for new players. As telling a new player he should spend months grinding out an ultra rare bow can turn them off from the game easily.
Now you also got it in "Ranger builds'. Which is a fair spot for it. But use one of the other, not both. If you use the new player template, keep the gear recommendation low lvl (minos legens is about the hardest/highest lvl gear you should include). Else just keep it in ranger builds only, as a more complete build intended not only for new players. If you do that tho, I'd recommend you complete the gear so its not all lvl11 gear + one level20 bow.. Should have two sections, lvl11 and lvl20 gear.
