Suggestion[edit]

Might I suggest the following, minimal dpl query (easily adaptable to those other similar pages of yours) to track your own progress?

{{#dpl:
|dplcache = 1
|uses     = Template:ItemDisplayCollectable
}}

  • Thanks for the suggestion, I'm not at the stage yet where I'm going to start mass migrating the item pages over yet.
My plan is more along the lines of
) build a generic template structure that can be used across -all- item categories ( standardize variable names / definitions / display output / ... )
) get feedback from community on anything that may need to be fine tuned / finishing touches
) rework as needed
) THEN start migrating item pages over
) THEN start reducing the amount of data duplication referring to items throughout the wiki ( lists of items and properties can be converted to use DPL with output wrappers etc )
---
But, when I start the migration, using the dpl list to track progress is definitely something that will get put in place!
