Say you muti-class ranger and another class if you take two weapon fighting before you make Ranger level 2. When you get to Ranger level 2 can you choose another feat other than two weapon fighting?

No, you'll need to go to Fred to switch out the TWF before leveling up (AFAIK, at least, you can't switch out a purchased feat when it's later class-granted); Note that you'll also have to switch out ITWF or anything else with TWF as a pre-req. But you won't be able to say "Gee, I already have TWF, I'd MUCH rather get Spring Attack!" (Well, you can SAY it. But it won't do you any good...)
