The door to the shrine in the troll room can also be opened with knock spell. At least on normal, other settings not attempted yet. ~~Zzelly

Maybe but for now i'll just mention that knock works on elite too, made it on a natural 20 roll which happens to be DC 35 for me. ~~Zzelly
