- This is piece 2 to complete the sigil for Litany of the Dead Part 4.
- Starting in Update 13, you have a chance of finding any sigil piece in the Heroic Orchard of the Macabre explorer area rare chests but the highest chances of obtaining this piece is in Flesh Maker's Laboratory's end chest.
