- This condition temporarily blinds and greatly reduces a creatures armor class. Air mephits are one example of creatures that cause this condition.
- Different version is caused by Thunderclap weapon enchantment: "You have been disoriented by thunder. You move and attack slower than usual, have -1 penalties to attack and AC, and cannot cast spells or tumble."
