i thank you for putting effort in making the wiki. however, its is not required to link every single thing in a wiki as you did with the monster DR and weakness thread. what we generally do is to just link once and subsequent words will not be linked. this prevent overkill and turning the entire page blue. if you could please revert the pages that you have done so --Aranticus 20:50, May 19, 2010 (EDT)

Just a brief overview Landar about the Wiki, a lot of stuff uses Templates. Templates allow for many items to be able to have the same layout and look without having to repeat the same template code over and over, it also allows it all to have the same uniform look. So when you need to fix up something for an item, you just add the details into the item page itself and not the Template.
All Clothing & Jewelry just got a revamp in the last 3 months of their templates and all the item pages for these pages were fixed up to all use the same template. I'll be starting on Weapons hopefully within the next few weeks. So feel free to add or fix anything on a current item page, however please ensure you do not edit an actual Template. They are usually something like Template:<Template Name>.
So far not all pages have all the fields that exist within a template, this is due to additions to the template over time and the older pages not having the extra fields added.

- Ah, looks like a lot of people are on here while the servers are down. Since I have your attention, two questions if you don't mind. First: Did I mess up a template? Or are you just talking in general? Also, I see a lot of Redlinks that have images on the forums.ddo.com. - No you didn't mess up a template, was just talking in general. I don't know the actual policy of using images that are on the forums in the wiki. Borror0 and Yoko0500 would be best to get that answer from. I personally think for items that it is ok because you can easily yourself reproduce it by grabbing screenshots.
