NO SENSE: PM Can ONLY use Necrotic Bolt (NOT Necrotic TOUCH) to heal skeletal-Knight .. They CAN NOT USE "inflict damage - as it is a Cleric spell" nor can they use wand of Inflict Damage unless UMD is boosted. BUT ALL other pets get a ton of heals from their Class. PM SHOULD be allowed to use Necrotic Touch for healing AND the ability to use "Inflict Damage wand/scroll" inside the PM tree (Tier 1 for "light", tier 2 for "medium", and Tier 3 for"heavy"
