- as far as I know - no. static amount of 'false life' is granted per caster level of the spell.

- I realized since that if you look at the spell's description in your spellbook it shows what metamagic feats affect it. This indicates how you can enhance the spell. This one has no maximize/empower, so wouldn't benefit from increase in spell power, say from a negative power boost, it being a Necromancy spell. Relevant?[edit]
Is this spell relevant beyond 1st or 2nd level? Seems to me that if it scaled it might be but a flat 1 hp / level does nothing. Maybe +5/lvl and/or scaling based on negative spell power and negative healing amp. — previous unsigned
