anarchic dmg against lawful outsiders with DR/good, does it still bypass or is good the still the only thing? says right on the weapon "deals 2-12 dmg to lawful targets".

no it doesnt. damage reduction is applied on your weapon's main damage (weapon base damage + your str modifier etc). anarchic effect is additional damage, you know, you see numbers on top of the mobs like "16 + 6" , that later + 6 is from additional weapon enhancements. in this case, anarchic 2d6 damage is applied since the target is lawful however youll still lose your damage on the main number.
