Use this requisition form to gain access to another defense turret that can be placed where you want to defend your extractors. Usable in extraction challenges. If you have 5 turrets active or in your inventory and you try to purchase a 6th, the extractors will ask you for that requisition form.

- Killing boss monsters in any challenge. (~4-5% chance for them to drop a random challenge item), Bound to Character on Acquire
