Found on: Phantasmal enemies on Dr. Rushmore's Mansion, Illusory creatures on Partycrashers
This creature is only partially real and does not have a true mind. As a result, it's immune to most mind-affecting spells and abilities. Being a magically powered illusion, however, this creatures is vulnerable to dispel magic spells.
