Jerry Snook is a Turbine staff member that is assigned to the game Dungeons and Dragons Online.
Snook is currently the public face of the company.
His job duties include:
- creating weekly official YouTube videos displaying in game action
- notifying players of server outages
- posting on Facebook and twitter for DDO updates, sales, and deals
- moderating the official DDO.com forums
Before being hired by Turbine, Snook did fan podcasts for the game and posted under the username Mockduck.
After being hired, he assumed a new username Cordovan.
