USAGE[edit]
If a given picture does not exists returns a picture placeholder together with a link to upload a file with the given pagename. In that case a variable named "tNopicNotFound" is defined and can be used in completeness checks. This variable is persistent within the calling page context.

Optional:
|icon=as second parameter returns an icon placeholder|placeholder=supplies an alternate file name for the placeholder file
