I attempted to replicate the most recent change and could not dismiss someone else's charm person so I reverted this change. If someone else can prove you can dismiss charms that are not your own we will have to figure out the exact circumstances it works. ⇒ Kkoliver (Contribs • Message • Email) 15:59, February 11, 2018 (EST)
