Game Studio Transition[edit]

It was announced on Monday, December 19, 2016 that Dungeons & Dragons Online and Lord of the Rings Online will continue to be developed by and operated by Standing Stone Games, a start-up independent game studio that is comprised of the current existing DDO and LOTRO staff. DDO and LOTRO will now be published by Daybreak Games.
It was announced on Tuesday, November 1, 2020 that both Daybreak Games and Standing Stone Games was purchased by Enad Global 7 (EG7).
Known Product Changes[edit]
- Turbine Points will now be referred to as game specific DDO Points and LOTRO Points, respectively.
