Mobile Spellcasting
- Usage: Passive
- Prerequisite: Combat Casting, Dexterity 13+, the ability to cast 2nd level spells (Artificer 3, Bard 4, Cleric 3, Druid 3, Favored Soul 4, Paladin 7, Ranger 7, Sorcerer 4, Wizard 3)
Description
Character while moving cast at half their normal movement speed, however with Mobile Spellcasting, character can move at full speed.
Note
Movement speed is not actually 100%, but closer to 100% than to 50%.
