These quests and adventure areas contain pits or drops that lead to a character's instant death regardless of their defenses. Hardcore players, beware!
Adventure areas[edit]
- Sschindylryn
- The chasm between the entrance from The Underdark and the main city, and between the main city and House Avithoul.
- The Cogs
- Chasms near the village.
- The Restless Isles
- Off the edge of the islands.
Quests[edit]
- Acute Delirium
- Off the sides of the bed ship.
- Ascension Chamber
- Between 6 and 10 o’clock in the water part.
- Tile Room, beneath the phase tiles.
- Asteroid Room, surrounding the circular platform.
- Caught in the Web
- Off any of the floating islands.
- The Chronoscope
- Off the floating area by the entrance.
- Creeping Death
- In the first room, you die if you jump down before Garko lowers the spike barrier blocking your way.
- Fire Over Morgrave
- Over the side of the platform during the fight with Zweilanar (though not before or after the fight.)
- Genesis Point
- Down the shafts at the mephits ending.
- The Haunted Halls of Eveningstar
- One of the 3 doors leading to the Necromancer crest is a fake, and if opened, the floor drops from beneath your feet.
- Precious Cargo
- Off the sides of the airships.
- Schemes of the Enemy
- Off the bridge before the Power Relays.
- Too Hot to Handle
- Anywhere over the Ledge.
- Undermine
- Off the bridge after the minefield.
- What Goes Up
- Off the flying glaciers.
