This user has made the 1k edit requirement, has been editing for over a year, and the longest gap in the last year I saw was a couple 2 week gaps, so unless I hear any valid reasons otherwise, I think this user has very satisfactorily met the requirements... Let me get a second and a confirmation from Cru121 himself saying he wants the promotion and it is as good as done..
