Sorcerer's: Ok, now for sorcerers, the damage is great. But there is a tough part; choosing a savant. I have tried out most of the savants, and found that the water savant has the highest damage. But, that doesn't mean that it is the best. In my opinion it is best to go fire savant for levels, say, 1-18, due to the large area damage with fireballs and firewalls. Then in the higher levels I would recommend changing to ice savant, due to higher damage and how many monsters in higher levels have fire resistance. Now, for the race. I prefer to have good self healing, so I simply when warforged. I have a 34 point build char that is trying this out. I maxed out Constitution and Charisma, then added the rest of the points into Dexterity for AC and reflex saves. Ok, so now for the feats, here's what I'm planning on taking: Level 1: Toughness. Level 3: Arcane Prodigy (Attainable through Sorcerer past life) Level 6: Maximize Spell. Level 9: Empower Spell. Level 12: Mental Toughness. Level 15: Toughness. Level 18: Quicken Spell. Level 21: Epic Toughness. Level 24: Improved Mental Toughness/Toughness. If there is anything that you would change, please tell me. Winky2012 (ContributionsMessage) 14:47, July 16, 2012 (EDT)
Although your question(s) is/are better asked on the IRC chat channel or the Reference desk (Game), The only thing I would really change is your warforged with a max of 16 CHA at creation to Drow with a maximum of 20 CHA at creation... Sorcerers have such a high CHA, which happens to be the stat that modifies UMD, that more players than not chose Drow with some of their skill points going into get enough UMD to scroll heal themselves.. This is a better tactic than Warforged in my opinion because you start with an extra +2 to DC from the higher CHA that you wouldn't be able to get any other way.
